Early. Effective. Empowering.
Most parents feel it's risky to bring up the topic of drugs with their kids.
They worry it will plant wrong ideas and create unnecessary curiosity.
But silence is the real risk.
Silence doesn't preserve your child's innocence.
Your silence lets the rest of the world inform them.
And the latest research repeatedly found that early, honest conversations with a trusted parent is the single most protective factor is reducing risk of use.
Our conversations don't plant the idea.
The idea is planted by peers, social media, and our culture.
Our conversations plant a framework for processing the idea safely, and correctly.
At 4 Youth, we help you learn how to talk with your kids about drugs.
We Help you start the conversations early, before someone else does.
the best time to start is when your kids are age 8 - 12.
proven drug Prevention Education
A Three-Part Approach
- Know What You're Up Against - Understand today's drug landscape, local statistics, social media targeting tactics, and the brain science behind behaviors and decision-making in young minds. This equips you to navigate these conversations with confidence and credibility.
- Create a Safe Space - Learn how to start conversations that matter, listen without judgment, and become a trusted voice. This creates a meaningful connection that will be important to them in their teen years and beyond.
- Discover What Lights Them Up - Help your child find their passions, their natural highs. This gives them something better to say yes to, and their own reasons to say no to drugs, alcohol, and nicotine.
